About Alberon
Alberon Property & Accommodation is based on Mt Eden, Auckland and Landsdown Rd, Wānaka, New Zealand. We have managed holiday homes and long-term rentals for more than ten years and look after a small number of properties, so guests, tenants and owners deal with us directly.

Services include listing and photography, pricing, guest and tenant communication, cleaning and linen, tenant screening, bond lodgement, inspections, maintenance and Healthy Homes compliance. We have set rates and are happy to tailor a package to each owner's needs.
